It complies with all phthalate requirements, ensuring it is safe for children. Featuring BACshield protection, it prevents mildew, fungus, and microbial growth. High-quality, consistent yarns ensure a smooth, flawless appearance without causing mat burn. This material offers dimensional stability to prevent sagging, boasts superior tensile and tear strength for long-lasting durability, and is printable.

Padding

We can provide foam post padding in a rainbow of colors to match most standard color schemes in ball fields, on playgrounds or in other places to add color or match existing logos and team colors. Foam rail pads easily wrap around metal rails, poles or posts, just open and place over a pole.

The tough and durable high gloss outer skin that will clean easily and maintain its attractive appearance while protecting the specially designed internal heavy duty foam cushion from being cut or picked at by curious children.

Outdoor Vinyl Colors and Specifications

In addition to manufacturing standard backstop pads, we can customize all padding orders in almost any way. Depending on wether your order backstop or rail padding, we offer customization on padding color, thickness, sizes, angles, shapes, and printing.

All our printing is designed and finished in-house. Our printer is equipped to print anything on your padding, including text, logos, images, and even high-resolution photos. Because our designing is completed in-house, we can work directly with you to create padding that is perfect for your space.

Some of our past customers have used padding on dugout rails, and on top of chain link fencing. After assessing your needs and working with you on your custom designs, we offer installation services or detailed instructions to install it yourself!
